The Delta Welded extraction hood from Luis Capdevila is designed for efficient smoke extraction in commercial and collective catering environments, making it especially suitable for low ceilings. It offers a robust design without intermediate joints, ensuring a larger effective extraction area and easier cleaning. It is available in both wall-mounted and central versions, and its welded construction ensures maximum durability in demanding kitchen environments. Additionally, it is available in two versions: Max and Box, which offer advanced options based on the specific needs of each installation.
This hood is equipped with stainless steel SUPRA dynamic filters, ensuring a high capacity for retaining grease and smoke. It can also incorporate optional systems such as air supply and extraction plenums to optimize air circulation in the kitchen. Thanks to the absence of visible screws and the inclined drainage channel, the hood efficiently removes accumulated grease and liquids during operation. The integration of energy-efficient lighting and advanced systems such as air induction and fire suppression makes it a versatile and safe option for any professional kitchen.
