Teppan Counter
DESCRIPTION
Teppan Counter is a mobile kitchen station for show cooking with the most advanced smoke filtration system. It accepts any tabletop electric cooking equipment, allowing each unit to be adapted to the type of kitchen required.
The DUCTLESS system extracts the smoke from the point where it is produced, catch the air, cleans it, and extracts it clean and odor-free. The filtering process consists of 3 stages:
- Stage 1: Mechanical filtration. Mechanical filtration is carried out using a set of baffle filters similar to those used in industrial kitchens, and which are capable of filtering particles larger than 3 microns.
- Stage 2: Electrostatic filtration. The electrostatic air filter is a particle collector based on the principle of electrostatic precipitation. This filters are the only ones capable of separating particles smaller than 5 microns. The effectiveness limit of these plates is of the order of magnitude of 0.01 microns.
- Stage 3: Filtration with active carbon. The ability of activated carbon to absorb odors from the air is well known. In an area with an excess of 500 m2/g of activated carbon, odors from gases in previously filtered air are retained.
