It accepts any tabletop electric cooking equipment, allowing each unit to be adapted to the type of kitchen required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DUCTLESS system extracts the smoke from the point where it is produced, catch the air, cleans it, and extracts it clean and odor-free. The filtering process consists of 3 stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stage 1: Mechanical filtration. Mechanical filtration is carried out using a set of baffle filters similar to those used in industrial kitchens, and which are capable of filtering particles larger than 3 microns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stage 2: Electrostatic filtration. The electrostatic air filter is a particle collector based on the principle of electrostatic precipitation. This filters are the only ones capable of separating particles smaller than 5 microns. The effectiveness limit of these plates is of the order of magnitude of 0.01 microns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stage 3: Filtration with active carbon. The ability of activated carbon to absorb odors from the air is well known.
