{"id":1403,"date":"2022-10-03T10:59:26","date_gmt":"2022-10-03T10:59:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/luiscapdevila.es.mialias.net\/producto\/teppan-table\/"},"modified":"2024-05-28T12:02:06","modified_gmt":"2024-05-28T12:02:06","slug":"teppan-table","status":"publish","type":"products","link":"https:\/\/luiscapdevila.es\/en\/product\/teppan-table\/","title":{"rendered":"Teppan Table"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Teppan Table system is a griddle for Teppan Yaki (Japanese style) restaurants which features our built in filtration system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The DUCTLESS system takes the smoke right where it is produced, sucks the air, cleans it, and exhausts it clean and odor-less. It has 3 filtering stages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stage 1: Mechanical filtration. Mechanical filtration is carried out using a set of baffle filters similar to those used in industrial kitchens, and which are capable of filtering particles larger than 3 microns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stage 2: Electrostatic filtration. The electrostatic air filter is a particle collector based on the principle of electrostatic precipitation. This filters are the only ones capable of separating particles smaller than 5 microns. The effectiveness limit of these plates is of the order of magnitude of 0.01 microns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stage 3: Filtration with active carbon. The ability of activated carbon to absorb odors from the air is well known.
