We hope he also had the chance to enjoy a little of the scenery between fitting one nozzle and the next. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The R-102 is the industry benchmark for automatic fire suppression in commercial kitchens, and its installation requires a certification held by only a small number of professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Professional Kitchens Need Dedicated Fire Protection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Professional kitchens combine several high-risk factors: flammable cooking oils are used alongside intense heat sources, while grease-laden extraction hoods can rapidly spread a fire if one breaks out. In this environment, every second matters, and the response must begin before anyone has time to react.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How the ANSUL R-102 System Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The R-102 operates through thermal detection and automatic activation. When the system detects an abnormal rise in temperature, the thermal links activate, the extinguishing agent is discharged through the network of nozzles, and the fire is suppressed within seconds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, the system shuts off the gas supply and disconnects the electrical equipment associated with the kitchen. Everything happens automatically, whether the extraction hood is operating or switched off. The protection remains active 24 hours a day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Thirty Years as an ANSUL-Certified Installer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ANSUL certifies only a limited number of installers throughout the country.
