Compatible with electric countertop cooking equipment, it allows each installation to be configured according to the specific culinary needs of the establishment: the <strong>cooking modules are selected, the integrated filtration does the rest.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that filtration is the core of the matter. The system operates in three stages: dynamic filtration that captures large particles, two-stage electrostatic filtration that retains ultrafine particles down to 0.01 microns, and an activated carbon filter that removes odours.
