Hood designed to remove fumes and steam from oven and roasters.
– Filters fitted opposite in order to enhance fume collection.
– Filters held in by fixed-stop guides, ensuring great solidity any reliability.
– Drainage system comprising fat collection tray with metal screw-in plug.
– Stainless steel (AISI 304).
– Supplied with 490 x 490 x 25mm baffle filters in stainless steel ,or to order, with any other type of filter manufactured by us to standard measurements.
– All hoods supplied suitably packaged for protection during transport or storage.
– Special construction to order.
