HostMilano 2025: record-breaking edition review
Two days ago we closed the doors of HostMilano and we’re still processing what we experienced. This edition has undoubtedly been the best in our history at the fair. We had never received so many visits or generated so much interest in our solutions. And that, after 45 years bringing extraction technology to the hospitality sector, means we’re doing things right.
A complete selection of solutions
This year we brought our most complete proposal to Milan: the Teppan Auto, the Teppan Hood, the filtering ceilings, the condensation hood and the UV-C hood. Five pieces of equipment that represent the best of our technical capability and respond to the real needs of professional kitchens where space, efficiency and environmental health are priorities.
The Teppan Hood was once again the protagonist. Its ability to make seemingly impossible installations a reality—kitchens without smoke extraction, spaces integrated into dining rooms, covered terraces—continues to surprise industry professionals. Ductless technology is not new to us, but each year it gains more traction because more and more projects need it.
The Teppan Auto proved, once again, why it is a reference in high-volume kitchens. Its effectiveness in supplying an entire pavilion without anyone perceiving odours or smoke is the kind of proof that admits no rebuttal. It works, period.
The filtering ceilings generated great interest among architects and kitchen designers seeking total integration without sacrificing filtration effectiveness. They allow the visual space to be freed from conventional hoods while maintaining optimal filtration performance.
The condensation hood demonstrated its capacity to manage large volumes of steam without the need for complex extraction systems, a solution particularly valued in kitchens with intensive steam production.
And the UV-C hood, our latest addition, deserves a separate post. It goes far beyond conventional filtration: it neutralizes viruses, bacteria and volatile organic compounds through ultraviolet radiation. At a time when indoor air quality is a regulatory and health requirement, this technology marks a turning point.
Technical rigour and careful presence
As always, we brought well-prepared technical material and took care of every detail: materials, welding, design, finishes. We don’t improvise. And we will do it again, because we will be at many more editions. We are absolutely convinced of that.
