A year of change, consolidation, and new horizons

For Luis Capdevila, 2025 has been an intense and demanding year, marked by change and, at the same time, deeply inspiring. Transformation has been present in virtually every area of the company: in the way we work, in how we organize ourselves, in how we face challenges as a team… But, as the saying goes, all changes have taken us to a better place.

Undoubtedly, one of the most exciting aspects of the year has been the consolidation of our team. Beyond projects or results, 2025 has allowed us to build a committed group, well aligned and united around a shared vision. Having had to come together to adapt to new dynamics and assume responsibilities in a constantly evolving context has fostered cohesion and a sense of belonging that has made us something like a large family.

Along this journey, perhaps the greatest lesson has been understanding that change should not be faced with fear, but with energy and determination. Accepting that stepping out of our comfort zone is part of growth has been key to moving forward and has enabled us to gain efficiency and strengthen the quality and reliability of our processes.

And in terms of more tangible matters, such as products and results, the year has been marked by a particularly significant launch: the new range of Bera welded hoods, which represents a step forward in design, quality, and process and perfectly symbolizes the spirit of this year: innovation, continuous improvement, and a firm commitment to doing things better.

We close the year with a very positive balance, aware of all we have learned and proud of the path we have traveled. And so we can look 2026 straight in the eye and say, without our voice trembling: “More challenges, please.”
